We will pickup², service and deliver ANY Make*, ANY Model, ANYWHERE in our dealer market¹! The process is easy:

1. Call 859-547-5390 to schedule a service appointment at any of our convenient locations.
2. In addition to your service appointment time, you will receive a 4-hour window for pickup. The best news is you aren’t required to sit around for the entire 4 hours.
3. When our Valet Specialist leaves for your home or place of work, you will be notified by text.
4. Track the driver’s location through your phone to the pickup location.
5. Track them as they take your vehicle back to one of our locations – and even view their speed along the way!
6. Receive a video inspection from one of our factory-trained technicians.
7. Approve and decline recommended work from your phone.
8. You have the option to pay through your phone.
9. Once your vehicle is finished, you will receive a notification when it has left the service department and you can track the driver back to your home or work!
10. Our Valet Specialist will sanitize all high-touch surfaces of your vehicle when dropped off.
11. Please note, for locations outside our mileage range or if the chosen service doesn’t meet our criteria, pickup and delivery may not be available. Thank you for your understanding!
